And verily, those before them also had plotted, but all plottings belong to Lord Allah. He knows what every soul earns, and certainly, the disbelievers will know for whom is the best destiny.
The hypocritical transgressors and Kuffar of all time had plotted against the Messengers sent to them. Even if their plotting were enough to move the mountains, they couldn’t harm the Messengers and believers who entrust upon the Lord as explained in verse 3: 54. Today, Adhikr-the Safeguard-is codified, the believer who holdfasts It, no harm will affect him as explained in verses 3: 79-80 and 101-102. He will only transfer his fate from ledger Sijjeen of Hell mentioned in verse 83: 7 into Illiyeen of Paradise mentioned in verse 83: 18 by utilizing Adhikr. He will lead a life under the Light of Adhikr (the Best Book) after the 15th age in this world.
Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are the Kuffar as told in verses 83: 34 and 36. They have been killed since they hide and reject Adhikr-the Ticket to Paradise. And at the time of their death, Lord will tell them they were among the disbelievers as told in verse 39: 59.
